Stalker Sunset

One of the great things about Scotland is that it has some very liberal rules on camping. The weather forecast is fantastic for the Easter weekend so I chucked the tent into the car and headed out to the West of the country and on the recommendation of a friend was pointed toward the Appin area where I had never been to before.

The famous Castle Stalker sits on this sea loch and given the weather and the high tide I expected it to be crawling with photographers but I was the only one there! This was the view from my camping pitch for the night, what better way is there to spend a night than a view like this?
