the big un-bang

almost every other year some crazy guy will come up with some prophecy regarding the end of the world...each of them would claim beyond any iota of doubt that the creation would come to a destructive end on so and so date of such and such year...and they all live to predict the next, when the fateful day passes peacefully...but how would it look like when the world is about to come to an end? will the prehistoric clock turn backwards and things will get undo-ed in the order which they were do-ed to begin with? if that's the case, humans would probably the first species to disappear from the planet...ice age will come back...dinosaurs and woolly mammoths will start walking on earth again...there are some rocks around Hyderabad that are said to be 2500 million years old (yes you read it right - two thousand five hundred million years old)...those rocks will disappear...they will probably get air lifted and get attached to some mountain or a meteorite...the protozoans will disappear, earth will melt, moon will merge into earth...all the celestial mud will come together and finally, an anti-explosion will happen and everything will go back to a single point - just like how it started...like a movie running backwards...fascinating!
