Toasted marshmallows

I got my friend a bag of American marshmallows as a gift and I was going teach her how to roast them at a BBQ at her house. Unfortunately, it rained so we went to yakiniku instead. After dinner she brought out the marshmallows so we roasted them at the restaurant! Everyone was so surprised at how different and delicious marshmallows become when you roast them! Japan has marshmallows but they are different and don't roast the same way. International exchange.
