Cherry Blossom - Who needs Japan?

Around this time of year I/we tend to "do" Cherry Blossom: near or far. Mine have tended to be of the "near" variety.

Having grown up with the idea that Church-yards are gloomy with many, somber, yew trees, St. Andrew's still shocks the system a little. There used to be either one at the gate: or one either side, can't remember. But these are guaranteed to gladden the aching bits more than a little.
