Not an ordinary run!

We were at Merthyr Common today for day 2 of the JK. It wasn't such a sunny day, but I managed to get burnt on my head, in spite of putting sun cream on in the morning. I guess my exertions whilst running removed it. I enjoyed my course and had a good run. Others had their money's worth and looked at many of the pits and depressions on the area. This chap had to run in a bright green Tutu as he did badly yesterday. Tomorrow, another of his club mates, who mis-punched today will have the honour of running dressed like this.
