Steve and I cycled for a couple of hours in Windsor Great Park and rewarded ourselves with a drink at a lovely local pub. I have my left foot strapped following treatment and am taking it easy for a couple of weeks but now need to be more active. Another four weeks without running and my foot should be back to normal :-)
