the loveliest sight

We did a few chores in town and had a wander around the farmer's market before getting on with some jobs in the garden, mostly planting the backlog of vegetable plants that had built up.

It was beautifully sunny and warm. We dusted off the garden furniture and I spent the afternoon snoozing in a deckchair in the sun. I think I even got a little bit sunburned.
