No Entry To Working With Colour, Larkfield

Day 108 of 365. I was absolutely exhausted today after a very hard week at work - sometimes it feels as if as hard as you run you'll never catch up with everything, like being on top of it all is impossible. The constant deadlines at the moment lead to this feeling of an uncontrollable rush of adrenaline and cortisol flushing through your system - it keeps you going through the tough schedule but when you suddenly stop, like today, it's as if you've hit a brick wall.
Luckily, today was a beautiful sunny, if slightly cold, day so decided to walk up to a nice pub a couple of miles away and have a relaxing lunch and a couple of pints. Did me the world of good!
