Camel Mermaid
I thought this is one impossible pose for me to do it... nevertheless, I did it and fell a few times until something click in my mind to go slow and gently... It works!!
If your body is sore for whatever reasons ... Don't yank it... be gentle to your body and thank your body for letting you get into those poses... Be grateful to yourself and don't be too hard on yourself... :)
Afterall, it's just for laugh... don't take Yoga seriously... Just play!!
