Baddesley Clinton House....
We have taken advantage of our National Trust cards again today and visited two historic houses, Packwood House and this lovely Tudor house Baddesley Clinton House.
This was built in the late 1500's by Henry Ferrers a Lawyer, he was very proud of his family and the house is filled with his coat of arms, in Stained glass windows, Carved Oak and also in Stone.
Some parts of the house date back even further to around 1460, and were incorporated into the house, there is at least 3 Priest Holes too, as the owners hid Catholics that were being persecuted by Henry VIII.
We went all round the house with friends too, which made it all the more enjoyable., we rounded of the visit taking tea in the on site cafe.
