Happy Record store day!

This is my first attempt at a sourdough. It's okay, and tastes good but I need to leave it to rise for way longer... Say around ten hours altogether! I still have the starter so I'm going to keep feeding it so that I can try again!


Watched The Stone Roses: Made of Stone, amazing documentary - definitely worth a watch, even if it's just for the shocking 90s fashion! X
