"Why so?" you may. The answer to that is that in its heyday it was a wheelbarrow, left out in the rain and neglected til it was no more than a rusty hole. So my clever husband did a bit of DIY and now it is twice as useful and the envy of all who survey it. It can move stuff around or hold garden clippings if you put a fish box on top, lol.
