Perfect Bank Holiday

Up early today to make the most of a day just the two of us. First thing we were at Bury Market for some shopping and breakfast at Katsouris, the most fantastic Greek Breakfast :) The it was off to Entwistle Reservoir (pictured) for a walk and a pint at the Strawbury Duck. Then a walk to Rammy for more shopping and more beer at The Hearth of the Ram. Back home for some sun in the garden and cooking up a feast of maple slow cooked pork and beans. Now that to me was a perfect Bank Holiday :)
