The kitchen at Springs Presbyterian Church Long I

Friday night is takeout night. The seafood bisque is always
in great demand. We just missed out and had to settle for the
carrot and coriander soup for tomorrow's lunch.The cash box
was stuffed with greenbacks of well over $100 for Church funds.
Some may not agree but for me it is a real joy to see a kitchen
not politically correct !
