reykjavik~keflavik~edinburgh~aberdeen~meldrum

awwwww...last day. we're sad to leave iceland, there is so much more to see. but we miss the girls so it's not all sad.

we had a last wander round reykjavik and found a big mall where local folk shop. just like our malls really so we killed some time there while we waited for our transfer bus.

it was snowing when we went in, and raining when we left, so we got drenched when we walked along the sea front again and along to a coffee shop. there's a big coffee culture in iceland so they don't really entertain decaf products very much...the coffee shop we went into didn't have anything decaf, fruity or herbal, so I watched bee drink a strong coffee. fair enough, I don't like folk like me either.

I did, however, manage to bag two great posters from the girl behind the counter, one for the iceland beer festival which was in march and one for the reykjavik folk festival in february. they'll look ace framed on our walls.

we had a laugh on the flight home, then I crashed out in the car from edinburgh while bee drove (and got flashed by a speed camera).

what an ace holiday.
