The house

a final walk around the garden. I don't like the end of holidays. Particularly when it involves goodbyes. But sunshine helps. As does a four day weekend.

This was our house for the week. The outside takes you by surprise to start with, with its corrugated iron walls and roof. But we found out that the house started life as the living quarters for Drs and Nurses for Gordon Fever Hospital in about 1909. What are now outbuildings were the wards.

Our house feels decidedly small, quiet, and quite frankly requires a good tidy up and clean! (thank goodness for a long weekend heh!)
