Humble Pie

Talk about ambitious - my son's first attempt at pie was gluten free, dairy free vanilla cream pie topped with meringue. Unfortunately using rice milk isn't conducive to a set filling, but a jolly good try.

(NB the uncovered section was intentional. One of my guests is allergic to meringue)
