Llanelli Illuminated
The last of four back-blips from our holiday in South Wales.
We headed off to Llanelli market this morning, spent a few pounds, couldn’t resist the wonderful smell of freshly cooked food so grabbed a light bite then made our way to Heatherton, one of South Wales family attractions. We took part in pistol shooting, laser clay, archery, adventure golf, scaletrix racing and the girls went go-karting. Brilliant fun.
Having got back and had our evening meal, watched a DVD and the rest having got themselves ready for bed I set up the tripod for some night shots.
The living area of our apartment is on the 5th floor with spectacular views from the balconies on either side. I’d previously captured many shots of the changing light throughout the day and was hoping to again catch the moon to accompany the lights of Llanelli town and the old docks. Alas it was too cloudy but I was still happy with the result with the clouds adding a little atmosphere and the street lighting illuminating the foreground landing stage.
