Woodland Anemones
A walk across the river Cam to the 'Backs' led me to this lovely patch of flowers, which I recently learned are woodland anemones. Although they are so pretty to look at, I found out that the plant contains poisonous chemicals which are toxic to animals and humans, but has also been used in medicine. Finally got rid of all the bric-a-brac, a cabin bed and a wardrobe, which was collected by the Red Cross. Next job is to sort out the shed, but will relax with family Sunday and Monday.
