An introduction to grass
When we first came to view this house my mother in law mentioned how nice a south facing garden was to have. It meant nothing to me, a garden's a garden isn't it? When we first moved in we had a month or so of lovely sunshine and I soon found out that south facing means nice afternoons in the sunshine when it's around.
This afternoon then the cloudless sunny day meant we were out a bit in the garden and sat Luke down on grass for the first time. He had a good feel around to try and work out what it was and thankfully didn't try and eat it, he certainly seemed to enjoy it though.
I'm sure he'll eventually be kicking footballs and rugby balls and running around on the grass rather than just sitting and this whole time will seem a whole world away.
