Earylish start today to hit City Stars and see 'New Moon'. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be I suppose, but still far too chickflicky for my liking (too many bare torsos and not enough babes).

Had a wee look around Virgin Megastores trying to find a Christmas movie. The only three on sale were The Grinch (already got it - love it), Muppets Christmas Carol (didn't fancy it) and Fred Claus (already got it - quite possibly the worst Christmas movie ever made). The prices in Virgin are extortionate due to the ridiculous amount of tax whacked on everything. At least those taxes are being put to good use by providing decent education and healthcare and nice clean streets...

...erm, wait a minute. Everyone here is thick, unhealthy and dirty. That must mean the taxes are doing nothing more than lining the pockets of filthy greedy thieves. There's a big surprise.

Had lunch in Ruby Tuesdays where the tables are high and the chairs are low, creating a rather uncomfortable way to eat food. I mean, who thought that would be a good idea?

That said, I expect nothing less from this dreadful place.
