The latest stroke of atrocious bad luck in a really shitty couple of weeks.

Had the 40D with the 24-105 F4L IS USM on a tripod to take some photos of the car a couple of friends and I are driving to Mongolia earlier, set up next to a road. A lorry went past while we were all standing on the car, and the draught took the tripod over, smashing my lovely L series lens to pieces.

Words cannot describe how gutted I am.
