Being Good Friday, and having sinned by eating pheasant on "Green Thursday", Dr D was desperate to atone by eating fish today.
By an odd turn of events, we got the fish (sea bass) in Dunfermline after visiting the Abbey and Palace.
It was a touch rewarding to see Robert the Bruce's tomb this morning after seeing where his heart is buried on Wednesday (Melrose Abbey). Pure coincidence.
The fish was superb. Just fried in the griddle pan and some lime juice squeezed on top. So delicate. Served with some of my home made tzatziki, which is extremely robust.

Dr D is now on her way back to Bavaria c/o easyJet, so I will revert to Blipping ships and dinners. Sorry.
