Grand Western Canal, Otters, & Sunburn

So it's Good Friday, meaning a day off work & therefore a day of fun!

Me & Mrs. Hairbear decided on a bike ride along the canal, hopefully involving a pub, Ale/Cider, and lunch! What we hadn't reckoned on was the fact that all the pubs we passed on the canal were closed until at least 3pm! So we ended up cycling back to our local pub the Halfway House, where they just happen to serve my favourite Otter Ale (shame!)

We had a very nice lunch, and a couple of hours later cycled back home (not sure we should have been in charge of a bike by this point!) Immediately decided we wanted an Ice Cream (& more beer/cider) so walked down to the local shop before relaxing in the garden, all of a sudden I noticed a reddening on my right arm!

Time for some aftersun I think!!
