Too much excitement!

While down on the beach this afternoon, I spotted that there was a big ship just off Start Point. (Our Start Point, not that impostor at South Devon!) The NLV Pharos had pulled alongside the island while a helicopter was ferrying men and supplies. Stonking! Dragged Gail away from her studying and drove to Scuthvie Bay and walked to Neuks and as close to Ayre Sound as we could.

Bagged a hat-full of pictures at full or fullish zoom (without a tripod so not brilliant) to record the event.

You know that too much has gone on today in that neither the dogs, donkeys nor lambs that we took pictures of on the way home even get a look in!
