The First and Last View of the Sun Today

Large Norwegian Sunrise in the Fjords.

We started the day with the skis in a dinghy which deposited us on the side of a beach next to a road (See Malcolm'sEye).! The weather soon deteriorated into increasing degrees of snow storm as we ascended our mountain today, so much so, we did not push on to the summit as there was no visibility. The constant snow however, made for excellent skiing down again especially through the natural slalom course in the silver birch forest at the bottom of the route.

This was the end of our Norway trip, a great experience with old friends, and a new closeness between us through shared adventure. Thank you all.
