April 18th 2009 - Splashing about

I woke up early as the divers set off and watched the Villa vs West Ham match until the other joined me in the kitchen. Once people were a little more awake, Mia and I went food shopping and catching up on the news from home. The day was passing us all by without much happening, back at the flat we watched some crap Spanish TV including ‘John Tucker Must Die’ in Spanish. Mid afternoon Sara and I got the energy to head to the beach and have a little snorkel (and watching the many locals enjoying the weekend as can be seen from the blip – which just edged out another sunset shot as I don’t want to have too many sunset shots!) before heading back for some Spag Bol. When the divers returned (having had a fantastic time) we chilled on the roof terrace and chatted to some of the other flats.

Most of our flat headed back out to Voqui to meet the English (and Canadian) contingent from last night. I joined ‘Team English’ for a game of ‘Roxanne’ before the bonding then moved onto ‘Ring of Fire’. It was a really good laugh but pretty drunken. It is really fun having some nights out with some new people and it let us hear about everyone’s different experiences.
