Cold North Easterly this morning battering the top of Blackford Hill, could sense the snow. Juno met a canine pal and I just watched 2 red light bounce through the grass fro about 10 minutes.

Got soaked going to work, got soaked taking Eco son to the physio, he is getting better, another 4 weeks of rest and stretching.

Went for a swim at lunchtime and it was great, I got in the 'zone'and just kept going up and down, what a feeling.

It was the dept team lunch afterwards, lovely food and good company, thanks team.

It was interesting watching the early chaos this morning as the roads were not gritted and people were sliding about in their cars, sadly saw some pedestrians fall over as well.
