The Black Top Hat

Betsy and Al have been at a three day drama workshop at their Drama Club. It ended with a performance of their improvised play, 'The Black Top Hat'. It was brilliant. Betsy and Al were both great. Al hasn't done anything like that before so it was especially good to see him perform. They wore amazing costumes and the play was scary and strange!

Afterwards we went to some friends for tea and cake. We sat out in the grander and had a lovely chat and delicious home made lemon drizzle cake.

Later we watched an SMP. It was 'It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World'. It's one if Chris's favourite films. His favourite Character is Sylvester ('I'm
coming Momma!) and he loses it every time he appears on screen. The children loved it of course.
