yesterday: a trip up rodney's pillar, today: a three mile run around the lanes, tomorrow: a days walking in the snowy (fingers crossed) hills of wales.

had a great run today. i don't know why i haven't run since october, because i love it when i'm out there. lovely and crisp with the sun just setting. wonderful.
