Evening Light, St Mildred's

Having spent all afternoon putting new roofing material on the summerhouse garden shed I felt in need of a nice walk so as it was such a beautiful evening a stroll around the Parish of Whippingham seemed a good idea.

On the way back I passed through the churchyard of St. Mildred's just as the setting sun was producing a beautiful glow on the stonework and trees.

There is always a peaceful ambience here at any time of the day but in this light it was really rather special.
