Finally found !

Water leaks can become such a worry - mainly in old buildings. We have two potential hot wet spots in the flat. The one we know about and we can see, then the one our neighbour below is worried about. The latter was found today and has been fixed. Our kitchen should be back to normal by tomorrow or latest Friday.
