Surprise post

A few weeks ago I bought a couple of Yoshi handbags from their sale online and today in the post I received this free chocolate lolly with a voucher from them which i thought was a really lovely offer! The retail industry struggles at times with their customer care so maybe more should follow in the footsteps of Yoshi - i'll definitely be recommending them to more people now - and they make fab handbags!! happy easter everyone!!
