Treading grapes...

Today we got Wendy (our junior lab tech) to squash our grapes in the barrel that we picked yesterday. We have a vine library at work and due to the weather we didn't have many grapes left on them. So we nabbed what we could off the vines and left them in the barrel over night. We ended up with around 15 litres of a white wine mixture of: Riesling, Pinot Grid and Gewurtztraminer. Going to call it MTW :)
