Look what the tide's dragged in.

Weather has turned ugly. Not an inspiring day.

Struggling at the end of it to find something to photograph. As 'bruck' is the topic of the week, this is something that I've had my eye on for a couple of weeks now. It's a nifty looking hardwood(?) half pallet that is screaming out to be propped up on some breeze-blocks and turned into a garden bench.

Uploading had to be postponed however as a huge power-cut, affecting just about everybody on this side of the Great Glen, hit us just after half past eight last night. Kudos to SSE for getting everyone reconnected so promptly, although why the North Isles had to wait two hours longer than mainland Orkney has me a tad confused.
