Hyacinth

Haven't done anything to the colours of this as I just love the muted grey/purple/ that is just waiting for me to go away and then it is going to burst into bright blue!When I looked at the lines within tne buds they made me think how similar these shapes are to garlic bulbs. Isn't nature clever....tho I don't think I'll be sticking any hyacinth buds in a leg of lamb any time soon !!!

This is the last in my little weeks series of macros in my tiny front garden. My favourite has been the bleeding heart on Monday, tho I think most of you liked the dewdrop on Sunday more. Thanks for all your comments and encouragement...its not been a bad thing to try a similar thing a few days running and get a better feel for what I'm doing...but I'm a natural butterfly brain so will get back to variety is the spice of life asap!
I won't blip now til Monday as I am flying away....whoopee....but promise to back blip some corny shots of gondolas and stuff when I'm back.
