Magic Cake

Raining, cold and thoroughly miserable - the weather, not me!!!

I'm having visitors tomorrow, our district spinning/craft group; I had to reacquaint myself with the baking department - made Oaty Ginger Crunch and Magic Cake. The idea being that when the batter is cooked it leaves three layers, um I've sort of got three layers, it takes pretty good and would make a delicious pudding.

I've got my 7D back with the cleanest sensor around - told it was very grubby as I well knew.
