The Beresford

I made a trip at lunch time up to the Scout shop in Elmbank Street and passed The Beresford which has a particularly please Art Deco facade.

Built in 1938 to provide accommodation for those attending the Empire Exhibition it is now privately owned apartments.

My trip to the Scout shop was to purchase a Beaver jumper for the wee fella. I also picked up a Beaver baseball hat for him. Bought some leather woggles too as there is never a woggle to be found in this house and just because I can never resist our country's flag some Saltire woggles too that are particularly cool:-)

Hot footed it home on a train at the back of 5pm and the Beaver jumper and hat were home just in time for the Beaver to make use of them:-)
