Crossing Paths

Well the 2 Hercules were at the airport again this morning and as if on cue they both started up and prepared for take-off as I arrived.

This Hercules is the same plane from Tuesday’s blip. It took off headed East for a mile or two and then came back to over fly the airport. I think this catch was more luck than anything else. The plane in the distance is an Air Canada Airbus A330 on route from Calgary to London Heathrow.

Think the two planes in the image make the shot. It was this one or a shot of the second Hercules coming off the end of the runway and making a sharp turn to the North then West to scary all the traffic on the A77. He was low enough to disappear behind a couple of the buildings.

Wonder how much longer all this activity at the airport will continue.
