Wing Spreader

This poor young lady had a big chunk of her head gone. I spared you the shots that I took from other angles. Right down to the skin, with a lot of blood. I'm hoping that the "skin"(?) heals, and that her "hair" grows back. Makes you wonder what attacked her.

Pretty, but cold here today. 42F (6C), but with a stiff breeze. As I was taking my 400 shots, I had to keep putting my shutter finger hand into my jacket pocket.

Wings spread, with a hurt head.
Glad it isn't...more wide-spread.

Now I'm off to break bread...
Lisa needs to be fed.
