The Queen is coming

Blackburn town centre was a hive of activity today.
The Queen is giving out her Maundy money tomorrow at the cathedral, just behind this street. She'll be driven up this street on the way which is interesting as its a pedestrian street filled with expensive "art".
You can see a lady above the hair salon putting her bunting up, council workman cleaning and at the very top of the street the police had blowtorches, sealing all the grates up.
They have also covered up all the building sites and derelict bits with colourful hoardings.
