Double Whammy

Today was an important day - 2 major things happened :

1. I received my Abu Dhabi bank account ATM card (so I finally have some local cash flow rather than living off a bundle of cash in my hotel room safe - like a poor bank robber), and...

2. I received my UAE Residence Visa (so I can stay).

My "to do" list has decreased slightly...so all I now have to do is
get a driving licence, lease a car, rent a house, get health insurance, get a mobile phone, rent a house, get an alcohol licence, get my Emirates ID card and a hundred other things...
