Simply splendid.....

.....visit to the docs this morning, blood pressure responding well to a drug cocktail (only some minor tweaking required to get the dosages right), cholesterol levels on their way down WITHOUT the aid of drugs (so my decision to not take statins and change my diet instead is working) and an entertaining cab trip home with a fellow gardening/wild food enthusiast driver.....oh, and the sun's shining and the sky is blue.......

I think I deserve a hot cross bun;-)
