Walk of Remembrance

Gazing at isbi's and my efforts of yesterday, I was reminded of another atmospheric location, situated not far from the centre of Blackheath, within Memorial Park. This tunnel of vegetation features a number of massive rhododendron trees, each planted in memory of a local Great War volunteer. Along here there is a faintly unnatural silence, stillness ... and magic.
