Richard E. What can one say about a chap who has been in a company for over thirty years, who has built it up and been part of its fabric?

One can only be glad that one has had the fortune to learn from his vast knowledge and experience. He's an excellent teacher, and I have learned a great deal from his professional way of running the cockpit... And we've had great fun too!

Richard could retire any day now, and his departure will leave a huge gap in our lineup here in Shetland.
