Ruffled Grackle

Heavy rains today and falling temperatures have brought the birds back into my porch this evening. I put the blinds down so that the birds wouldn't get spooked by me (or the cats) and then put the lens through the blinds and waited for a good opportunity.

This Grackle landed after 5 minutes and was showing off it's color as it walked around and got his dinner. I accidentally bumped the lens against the window and it puffed up just for a brief second and then resumed with eating dinner.
