Panther and I went to London last weekend (hence the delay in Blips) and had a wonderful time. After setting off from his early on the Friday morning, we arrived at the flat about half nine and after freshening up, we set off on our adventure.

We spent Friday wandering about, made a trip to my spiritual home (Niketown), had lunch in a lovely vegetarian/vegan restaurant, had a few drinks and took in some of the galleries. Visiting the galleries with Panther was brilliant and it was lovely to hear him talk about some of the paintings, even if everything he said wasn't complimentary. He wouldn't be my Panther if he only said positive things. An automaton, he is not! :-)

When we were in the National Gallery, there was a choir singing in one of the smaller rooms. Their sound spilled out into the surrounding rooms and filled the building beautifully. This man was sitting just outside the room, looking in and listening. I think he makes a wonderful subject.

Dinner was 'interesting' to say the least. We did get free pens though!
