Puna and Andean Flamingoes at Slimbridge

It has been a long day and much of it spent with Lozarithm at Slimbridge, the Wildlife and Wetlands centre located on the River Severn estuary just a few miles from us in Stroud.

I am starving so am going to cook some food and rest up. I have hundreds of birds pictures some of which will end up in a Flickr Gallery as usual, but not till later.

So I am posting this, and then running. These flamingoes were so beautiful in the afternoon light. But there are many other birds to show you too.
