Mob

There was the buzzard, minding his own business, which happened to be gliding gracefully above the garden in slow circles, probably hoping for a nice juicy earthworm to swoop down upon... yes, they do, I've watched them. It's quite a revelation, seeing something as powerful as a buzzard mantling protectively over his kill - one earthworm.

Anyway, there he was, minding his own affairs, and these crows turn up and do their usual mobbing thing. No photo does justice to the skill and speed and complexity of their various flightpaths when they do that.... the buzzard trying to evade, and the crows apparently trying to knock him out of the air.
It's all very anfractuous, and this is the best I managed.

Word no.31, Anfractuous, full of twists and intricate turns.
