Here's Chin! He owns the cafe around the block where Busboy likes to go for his morning coffee when he's here. Of all the Chinese here, he seems by far the most integrated with his warm welcome to all his customers and a robust, streetwise Spanish at his command. He works all hours but his enthusiasm never wanes.
